International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Palm Z22 hot sync issue

Chris responded to my initial email quickly. Looked at my set up and made some good suggestions. Sent me the required links to make everything work. Called me and gave some online support. Bottom line - my Palm Z22 now syncs with my new Dell computer with Windows 7 64 bit. Couldn't ask for anything more. Excellent service - from prompt delivery of product (as advertised) and follow-up. Will definitely use again.
