International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I had almost given up hope of finding someone who could help me with my problem. Then I found PalmDr. Your knowledge of the Z22, a 10+ year old platform, was outstanding!!! Your speech was clear and plain and if I didn't understand, you made it plain in your next comment. As I told you, I was with a service organization most of my life, and if you are with a service organization you should "provide service". You certainly did that in an outstanding way!!!
