I've been a Palm user since 2002, but I thought this technology had died a few years ago forcing me to use blackberry's and iPhones to manage my electronic notes. Those technologies have fantastic abilities, but neither improved on the simplistic, straightforward and practical method of recording, categorizing, storing, searching, and retrieving digital notes as well as the pioneering Palm did. With the Palm, I was able to take electronic notes during meetings without having to re-type them later from handwritten notes on paper. Unfortunately, texting or tapping away at an iPad or keyboard during meetings is often viewed as rude or distracting, so I often had to resort to handwritten notes. Fortunately, with stylus in hand scribbling Graffiti into a Palm is as inconspicuous and appreciated as with someone actively taking notes with pen and paper. Thank you, Chris for your excellent customer service and not only preventing the Palm technology from dying but also improving on it. The Palm T/X with all of your upgrades (including the free driver that allows me to synch with Windows 7) is worth every penny. The Palm T/X has made my job easier and more efficient again. It was shear joy hearing that familiar triumphant "synch" sound again.
