International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Excellent Service
After several searches I found the number for Short Tronics. Chris answered and told me they could do the repair on my Palm Z 22, which I've had since 2002, but the stored data was history. Not a problem since I had it backed up on my computer. When he mentioned that they had new Z 22 in stock, I said send me one. I had the new Z 22, and the data fully loaded in less than two days. WOW-- you can't find service like that anywhere today. So, thank you Chris and I'll probably order another as a backup.
