NOTICE: 

International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Cannot say enough about Chris Short and his outstanding service! I am a diehard Tungsten E2 user. I even used another third-party company before finding Short Tronics, INC. Not only is Chris extremely knowledgeable and more responsive than anyone else I have worked with, he is also personable and creative! He has some backup and restore programs I have never seen before. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Short Tronics INC! I would recommend this company with the highest marks possible. I wish more companies could operate this well.
