Cannot say enough about Chris Short and his outstanding service! I am a diehard Tungsten E2 user. I even used another third-party company before finding Short Tronics, INC. Not only is Chris extremely knowledgeable and more responsive than anyone else I have worked with, he is also personable and creative! He has some backup and restore programs I have never seen before. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Short Tronics INC!
