International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I got my Garmin GPS busted after being dropped and getting crushed under a car. The screen as well as touch screen needed replacement. I thought I could do it myself but when looked up parts on ebay, and amount of dis-assembly required, I decided to use help from PlamDr.
I was skeptical at first since it was my first interaction with Chris. But he is the man you need.
When I wrote him an email and shipped GPS later, everything went smooth. He helped me explain the steps/breakdown of pricing (which may look a bit high at first but always worth it compared to new device). He was available readily on email and answered all my queries.
The device was repaired with excellent craftsmanship. I would have my device repaired with him if something were to happen it again.
I know how hard it can be to trust someone unknown with your (dear) device, especially if it is out of market, but I think Chris is well aware of these feelings and would definitely get it done right on first try.
