International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

It is such a pleasure to deal with an organization and people who live up to their promises. I presently have 4 TX units, one dead, one on its' way, and one just hanging on, and the refurbished one from PalmDr. I have lived with Palm Pilots ever since the m500. I thought I was finally at the end of my rope until I found Chris Short and PalmDr. He and his company are superb example of what a company should be. I will be sending my other TX units in for refurbishing. I had lots of questions before purchasing the refurbished unit and Chris answered everyone of them without delay. Outstanding !!!!!!!!
