International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Can\'t beat the service

I had a spare for just this situation but it stopped working too. I told Chris it was my brain - I needed it. He got it on Tues - fixed it and sent it out - I got it back on Fri. Then he helped me restore and reset it. Can't beat the service. Thanks Chris !
