International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Hadn't used my PDA for awhile. In getting ready for a prolonged trip, couldn't find my HotSync cable to update all. Ordered with payment to be by check. Reply: Will be shipped upon receipt of payment. I was departing in a couple of days so requested that the cable be shipped prior to the receipt of payment. Chris approved the immediate shipment. Received the cable well in time to update my PDA. Absolutely outstanding customer service and response to an unusual circumstance. WELL DONE!
