International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Found via online search. Repair completed in timely manner, unit now works like new! Procedures for processes of communication and shipment are well designed and easy to use. Prompt response to questions and requests. Cost is reasonable, but excellence of service is beyond price!
