NOTICE: 

International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Unit was repaired and returned promptly. My follow-up email question was also promptly and accurately answered. Unit works properly and display is brighter and easier to read than before. Very professional company to deal with.
