International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: HAVE USED THIS PDA FOR MANY YEARS

My PDA died and no power resuscitation would work. My husband found Chris on the net on a Friday, I called, He verbally gave me instructions. They were followed almost immediately by written instructions via email. I mailed the PDA to him that day and received it back by the next Wednesday. AND PEOPLE! that is over a weekend. All of my information remains and I am thrilled to find all of the appointments, especially my doctors appointments, several for 2014 were there.
