3 years ago I sent Chris Short my Palm Z 22 and TX. The TX had a poor digitizer out of the box. Chris pointed out that this was a design flaw and could be fixed so I sent it along with my non-functioning Z22. Both returned to like new condition for the Z 22 and better than new for the TX. Now the digitizer has malfunctioned on the Z 22 and it has come back within a week, again better than new.

It is so rare to get honest, efficient, skillful service. If your Palm device needs repair, don\'t look for a used unit on the web. Let Chris Short return it to like new condition.
