International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

3 years ago I sent Chris Short my Palm Z 22 and TX. The TX had a poor digitizer out of the box. Chris pointed out that this was a design flaw and could be fixed so I sent it along with my non-functioning Z22. Both returned to like new condition for the Z 22 and better than new for the TX. Now the digitizer has malfunctioned on the Z 22 and it has come back within a week, again better than new.

It is so rare to get honest, efficient, skillful service. If your Palm device needs repair, don't look for a used unit on the web. Let Chris Short return it to like new condition.
