International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have known this company for a very long time. Ever since my wife and me owned Palms and needed after warranty service from digitizing errors to broken screens and everything in between; all repairs have always been timely, accurate and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Short Tronic to anyone who still uses a Palm Pilot and other selected electronic devices and needs some help to make them work as new.
