International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My palm held my "life", all kinds of information that I had no where else but that was important to me (as unfortunately I had not downloaded it into my computer for a long, long time). When it "died" I was devastated and panicked. I thought surely the geeks at Best Buy would no what to do but they said basically I was SOL and never even gave me a possible contact. Taking a chance, I "Googled" and found the "Doctor"! When I contacted him he was VERY helpful, VERY supportive and understanding, and VERY prompt with his service! He gave me my "life" back and I am so grateful!!!
