International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Okay, so I'm using an older model Palm. But PalmDr breathed new life into it (both the handheld itself and by installing the necessary drivers to have my Palm Zire 31 communicate with my Windows 8.1 program.
