International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

This is the third time I have asked for Chris' help. He does not disappoint. He works on the problem until its fixed and charges a very fair price for his services. If you like your Palm, PalmDr will eventually be your friend. All other repair technician say "throw it away". Chris says, 'What's the problem?" . . . and fixes it! How refreshing. Thanks, Chris.
