International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris is delightful to talk to and discuss your problem(s). He is one of a very few who still service the "old school" PDA's, and thankfully, I found him. My T3 appeared to be dead, and wouldn't even have the light come on in the charging cable. Prior to throwing it into the garbage can, I spoke to Chris. A few days later, my PDA appeared in the mail as good as new. Great, quick, reasonable service. I highly recommend him for you "old school" people like me!!
