International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Almost a year & a half ago I purchased a Palm Tungsten E2 from Chris (the PalmDr.). He was kind enough to totally set it up for me since I am a senior citizen who is definitely not a part of the computer generation. Now, almost a year & a half later, I thought that my Tungsten E2 had died. I called Chris and with just a telephone conversation Chris diagnosed that all I needed was a new AC adapter thereby saving me the time & expense of having to mail the Tungsten E2 to him for repair or replacement. Chris is fantastic - very friendly, informative, & professional. He truly is a Palm Doctor.
