International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Superb customer service and exceptionally fast turnaround! The first time I called, Chris answered the phone, not a machine. He sent an email to me with detailed instructions on payment and mailing right after we spoke. I mailed my Garmin GPS to him for repair on April 14. It needed a new digitizer that had to be soldered. I received an email on April 16, while on a 3 day road trip from Texas to Illinois, notifying me that the Garmin was repaired and being sent to Illinois as instructed. The Garmin was waiting for me when I arrived on Apr 18. I am in awe! Thank you Chris.
