International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Wonderful! Sure glad I happened across PalmDr.com. My Tungsten E PDA was in dire stress...the 10-year old battery was on its last legs...in addition to that I got a new digitizer glass, flip cover and stylus. It's like new! Mailed it on a Wednesday and got it back the following Monday. Thanks to you, Chris, my "world" is in my hands again...and so quickly!
