International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I put my dead Z22 in the mail Saturday, it came back to me Wednesday, good as new - better now, with the reset fix in place. That's most excellent service in anybody's book. Also impressive: he could have brought it back to life and sent it home that way, if it died again, he could make another sale fixing it again. Instead, he put his reset fix in so I can do it myself, one less future sale for him, one more happy for me. Fast, good, and honorable - it don't get better than that. Chris is my go-to guy now.
