International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris from beginning to end communicated immediately and clearly. I initially wrote with what the situation was, and he replied with what he thought the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. He was right on the money and the problem. He conveniently helped with directions on how to mail it to him and repaired it fast and helped with dealing with the post office and when I got it back it not only worked, it had all of my information right there. I really appreciate the communication and the expertise in knowing his product and how to evaluate and repair it. I will seek his help if I need work done on my Palm again, and I unreservedly recommend him to anyone else who needs his expertise.
