International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Been using Palms for over 20 years (or close to it). Especially liked and learned the Palm M500 after a couple of earlier models (yes they were OLD). When my laptop kicked the bucket, and had to be replaced, with one call Chris got me logged on and got the Palm sync'd with my new desktop-- sensational. This time, the handheld finally just froze and died melting into a puddle crying "I told you I didn't feel well." One call to Chris, discussion, refurbished replacement chosen, payment via phone, shipment immediately for Priority, and for less than the lost fees of one appointment in a day I was back in business again by the time the weekend was up. He's GREAT and SO CALM AND STEADY with panicky old ladies. Thanks Chris - I'd recommend without hesitation. Great business man.
