International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

This is the outfit you need if you ever need help. I was ready to ship my unit back to them when I was suddenly able to solve the problem on my own. I feel secure in the fact that they are, "waiting in the wings", should I ever have a problem I can't fix.
