International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My Palm IIIe from the 90's finally pooped out! Without it I was lost. After some research I found PalmDR.com & Chris Short. He explained how he could get my data from me online, load a Palm Tungsten E2 with this data & get it to me via US mail. When I received it I called him & he got me up & running in a very short time - no pun intended! Chris is very articulate & knowledgeable. I am so happy to have found him. Tom
