International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My Palm was dead; nothing I could do would bring it back. I found Short Tronics on the internet and made contact. Not only could they fix it; but made it simple to get it to them and back. They still have the "back in the day" service to the customer going for them. I did not lose any data and the repair was complete.
