International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

After having problems in the past with other palms that i had to get rid of because i didn't think they could be fixed & i lost all my information, and i was about to get rid of the one i had now when I found Short Tronics INC and spoke to Chris who knew the problem right away over the phone and said she could fix it. In a few days the problem was fixed & my palm is working like new without any loss of data. I highly recommend them, they are a great company with excellent service. Thanks Chris
