International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: INCREDIBLE Service

I was on a motorcycle trip and on the 3rd day, my GPS (and XM) went dead. I called Chris at Short Tronics INC to let him know the problem, and he not only assured me to give it prompt attention, but then went out of his way to make sure the repaired GPS beat me to a hotel in Maine! This is not a the kind of service you find every day. With Garmin's ridiculous high repair cost, Chris is the answer!
