International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I am amazed at the prompt and outstanding service I received from Short Tronics on the repair of my Zuma 450 Garmin. I sent an email and they responded the same day with estimate and all the necessary instructions for shipping & payment, they left nothing unsaid. I shipped it with a check as per the instructions and received and email that they had received it. Next was an email with evaluation after inspection. Besides a digitizer a charge clip was necessary. The cost was fantastic. Garmin told me that it was to old and they could not repair it. I am use to this model and am very pleased with the repair and service. From the time of contact til I had a repaired garmin in my hand was 8 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! Short Tronics gets a 10 Star Rating from me.
