NOTICE: 

International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Wow! My initial email to Chris was answered in just a few hours. I described the problem, Chris asked a few questions, quoted a price, and I sent the device with a money order...it was repaired and returned within a week at considerably less than it would have cost to have the Garmin people do the repair! Total satisfaction here. Prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable--great service!
