International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I've owned a Palm for more years than I can remember, and although I have an iPhone and Android smartphone, my PALM is where all of my important info lives. When my Zire died several years ago, I ordered my reconditioned Tungsten from PalmDr. It's the most dependable electronic device I own. I've only had HotSync issues twice, and each time I've called, Chris has been right on point! Issue fixed within minutes. When I was panicking with the thought that my Palm could be unrepairable, his friendly demeanor was refreshing. If all tech support could be this great...Chris, you rock! :)
