International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I was ready to toss out my Palm (with much sorrow). Then Connected with the PalmDr (Chris) for one more shot at getting it to sync with a Vista operating system. He took over my computer (I installed Join.Me as instructed)> Click here, click there, download this and that, click her and there and HOT SYNC engaged! He tested out the Hot Sync several times and was done. His charge - $35. and I paid with PayPal. Could not have been easier.
