International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I had the very best customer service from Chris! Just as soon as he took the time to explain things to me with such confidence I knew I would send my Zumo to him.
He was right on the money with his estimate. The turn around was unbelievable!!!! I think he fixed while it was on the way in the mail. Repairs were excellent! My Zumo is as good as the day I bought it, I can't believe it.
