International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I'm going to pig pile on the other reviews. The service I received from PalmDr and directly from owner Chris was exemplary. After getting no support from Garmin, I talked directly with Chris (he actually called me back after I had left a message). He diagnosed my issue over the phone, and when I told him I needed a rush repair to support an upcoming motorcycle tour, he said he'd help me out. Well, my unit was repaired the day it arrive at DrPalm and sent back the same day - and of course it works great now. Don't think twice about getting a repair here - just do it. This company understands customer service. And, they have a new lifetime customer in me.
