International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Just got the machine back in the mail. I'm very happy with it.

Don't even think about purchasing equipment or parts from the usual suspect on-line sites unless Chris can't help you, which would be highly unusual.

My satisfaction with that route for non-Chris equipment is only about 50%. You pay your money, you take a chance.
