International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

It was a pleasure working with Short Tronics to repair the touch screen digitizer for my Lexus IS350 navigation screen. The digitizer was replaced and sent back out within 24 hours of it arriving to their warehouse. Most importantly, the touch screen on my navigation system works again! Thank you for the great service.
