My review is going to sound very similar to some others because I was at a loss as to what to do with my failing Palm Tungsten e2 and an old Palm 515, that had never been used that had not been for almost 8 years. I also found Chris by accident when I was looking for a new Palm to replace the tungsten e2. I called the number listed and was surprised that Chris answered the phone. I told him my situation and he gave me an approximate cost of repair for the tungsten e2 and the cost if the 515 needed a new battery. The digitizer on the Palm Tungsten had not worked for some time and it was my second tungsten in12 years. I have never allowed anyone to touch my palm so sending it to a complete stranger with the data still intact was a real trust factor for me. Talking with Chris on the phone and also communicating by email increased my confidence and I shipped the two pounds off to him. Once they arrived he emailed me and told me what needed to be repaired and what the cost was going to be. The price was extremely fair and and 4 days both of my palms were returned to me in perfectly new working condition. The guy has a golden touch as far as I'm concerned because no one really wants to repair an old Palm, they just want to sell you something new. I would trust Chris with any electronics which he indicates he can repair and 100% recommend him to whomever may read this review.
