I have been a fan of PDAs since they first came out, but now try to find one! This is the second service that I have used Short Tronics--and it won't be the last! When I talked with Chris (yes you can actually TALK to someone who knows what he is doing!) he said he was 99% sure it was a battery issue. I sent it off one day and had my PDA back 4 days later in perfect working order. Good to know you can still actually by a unit from Chris, and I guarantee you that when this unit gives up the final ghost, I will get one from Chris! This is definitely a company you can trust--and I give them 10 stars for their outstanding service!
