International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I've had over 150 addresses in my handheld Palm for many years now. A few weeks ago I lost all the data from my desktop version. And I couldn't sync from the handheld. Fortunately I had a hard copy but I hated the idea of having to type them all in, one at a time again. I thought the Palm was too archaic to be repaired and I couldn't find anything else that would do what I wanted it to do. To make a long story short, I contacted Chris. We 'met' by remote a couple of days later and in no time at all, he got the whole thing working again. A miracle. I am one happy camper and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Many thanks!
