International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris helped me a lot in building up an old-school experience-sampling study by supplying us with refurbished m150-units. The shipping to Germany was fast, questions were always answered quickly and competently. A broken digitizer was identified via remote diagnosis and the needed replacement part sent at no fees.
