International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I was ready to toss my Palm z22 out due to a dead battery that would not charge, thus was useless when unplugged. I saw all the good reviews for Chris (PalmDr) and ordered a new battery and the installation kit (Tool set of screwdriver and case open tool). Received the equipment quickly. I installed the battery with the tools very easily and now the unit works like it was brand new.
