International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I received my repaired unit very quickly, and used it on a 150 mile motorcycle ride a few days later. All worked fine: the new power button, the replaced internal battery, and the newly downloaded Garmin maps. The the work was done well and expeditiously. Chris kept me informed by email of the progress and cured the slow acquisition of GPA satellites caused by the deterioration of the internal battery. The unit was delivered in a very well wrapped and protected return box. If you have an older Garmin and need service, look no farther.
