International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

After ordering and receiving the replacement parts for a DIY repair, the connector on the circuit board disintegrated on dis-assembly. One call to Chris, and got the unit shipped off for repairs. Had it back in only a few days for a fair price. Thanks so much for the great service, which is always a concern when dealing over the internet!
