International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My Garmin Nuvi developed a loose charger connector. It would have cost as much to repair the device through Garmin as it would have been to buy a new device. PalmDr saved the day. The price was right and the process was fast, easy and convenient. I had a couple questions that Chris responded to immediately. Customer service is first rate with a personal touch. The quality of work was outstanding and my device is again operating like new.
