International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I was a bit afraid at first to mail my unit in but I knew they've been around for a while as I read various reviews from several websites recommending them and their reviews are excellent. Their prices are very competitive too. Chris is very professional and really went out of his way to quickly reply to my emails. UNBELIEVABLE turn-around! He got that thing fixed and mailed on the same day, that's just unheard of nowadays. I had the GPS repaired a couple of months ago and it's working like new. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
