International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have had many positive experiences with Chris at PalmDR going back many years. He and his team have repaired several Palm handhelds. Several times Chris has logged into my computer remotely to install and troubleshoot software. He knows his stuff, is courteous, and goes the extra mile with tech support. Can't recommend Palm DR too highly.
