Two years ago my Tungsten E2 needed repair and I sent it to Chris, not knowing what to expect. He did a great job fixing it, so when it stopped working again (for a different reason) a few weeks ago, there was no question about where to have it repaired. Chris did the work for a reasonable price and had it back to me before he even received my payment. If and when the Tungsten E2 needs more repairs, I\'ll definitely send it back to Chris at Short Tronics INC.
