International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Great service and prices

Two years ago my Tungsten E2 needed repair and I sent it to Chris, not knowing what to expect. He did a great job fixing it, so when it stopped working again (for a different reason) a few weeks ago, there was no question about where to have it repaired. Chris did the work for a reasonable price and had it back to me before he even received my payment. If and when the Tungsten E2 needs more repairs, I'll definitely send it back to Chris at Short Tronics INC.
