International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

What stands out in my mind is not so much the replacement E2 that Chris sold me. It is about the time Chris spends with me over the phone as I think out loud about different options. Chris is very patient, never condescending, always helpful, and pleasant to speak with. His information is excellent. He stands behind his products and takes care of business efficiently. In short, with regards to electronics, he provides the best customer service i have ever received.
