International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I recently send my Palm Tungsten E2 in to see why it wasn't working (which it hadn't been working in awhile ) so I decided to send it PalmDr.com & I'm absolutely stunned with the repairs made to get my Tungsten E2 back up and running . It ended up being a motherboard issue which they had fixed within a few days of receiving my E2 . Excellent quality repairs within a timely fashion . Overall I'm very satisfied with my choice of sending it in to get repaired here at PalmDr took them no time to fix & ship my E2 back to me . 5/5 stars. Also I experienced excellent customer service , I had many questions I was asking & they had no problem assisting me with my questions !
